Privacy Policy

This policy covers two things separately, because they work differently: the marketing website you're reading now (conlegie.com), and the Conlegie product itself, which customers use to review contracts. We've tried to write this in plain language rather than template legalese.

This website

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. We don't build a profile of visitors, and we don't share visitor data with advertising networks, because there isn't any to share.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) as an inherent part of serving any website, for security and reliability purposes only. These logs are not linked to any other data we hold.

The interactive demo

The clause playground on our demo page and homepage runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Whatever text you paste in — including your own contract language, if you choose to try it — is analyzed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers, stored, or seen by anyone at Conlegie.

The contact form

The form on our contact page does not submit data to a server. It opens your own email client with a pre-filled message addressed to hello@conlegie.com. Whatever you choose to send is handled the same way as any other email you send us.

If you become a customer

The Conlegie product necessarily processes the contracts you upload or connect in order to review them — that's the service. Before any organization starts using the product, we execute a Data Processing Agreement covering that processing under Art. 28 GDPR. Contract content is used only to generate your review and is never used to train models for other customers.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@conlegie.com.

Data controller

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't materially change how we handle your data without making that change clear here first.
